Objective

The aim of the online course is to train competent Sauna Masters® who are able to independently, safely and creatively perform various infusions, ceremonies and health-oriented bathing procedures in professional sauna facilities.

- Expertise and practice: conducting safe and standardized sauna infusions, special infusions, fan techniques, aromatherapy
- Health and physiology: effects of sauna on skin, cardiovascular system, breathing, nervous system, water balance and psychological factors
- Organization and quality: workplace requirements, hygiene, infection prevention, marketing the service 'sauna bathing'
- Science and culture: basics of heat transfer, pharmacology of infusion agents, history of the sauna, modern research

Duration and Start

- The Sauna Master® online course can be started flexibly at any time.
- The contents are structured into 30 modules with a total of 296 lessons.
- Scope: approx. 66 hours of learning videos and 797 accompanying files (worksheets, review questions, self-tests and final multiple-choice tests).
- Workload: approx. 250–300 hours depending on individual learning pace.
This corresponds to a solid, practice-oriented further training with substantial depth – while offering maximum flexibility in self-study.

Graduation & Certificate

After successful participation and passing the online exam, the internationally recognized certificate 'Sauna Master®' is awarded. It confirms the acquired competences and is valid indefinitely.
